Warranty Information

Each new product manufacturered by EndRun Technologies is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a specified period from date of shipment, under normal use and service. During the warranty period, EndRun Technologies will repair or replace products which prove to be defective.

For warranty service or repair, the product must be returned to EndRun Technologies. Buyer shall prepay shipping charges to EndRun Technologies and EndRun Technologies shall pay shipping charages to return the product to Buyer. However, Buyer shall pay all shipping charges, duties, and taxes for products returned to EndRun Technologies from another country.

Three-Year Warranty
Each new Tempus LX and Unison rackmount product is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from date of shipment, under normal use and service.

Two-Year Warranty
Each new rackmount Time & Frequency Standard is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from date of shipment, under normal use and service. These products include the Meridian TimeBase, the Tycho Time & Frequency Reference and the Distribution Chassis.

One-Year Warranty
All other products manufacturered by EndRun Technologies are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment, under normal use and service. These products include the OEM board (Præcis Ce), the small handheld units (Præcis Cf and Præcis Ct), and the RTM3204 Timing Module.
