Warranty Information

Each new product manufactured by EndRun Technologies is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a specified period from date of shipment, under normal use and service.  During the warranty period, EndRun will repair or replace products which prove to be defective.

For warranty service or repair, the product must be returned to EndRun.  Buyer shall prepay shipping charges to send product to EndRun and EndRun shall pay shipping charges to return product to Buyer.  If Buyer is located outside the U.S.A. then Buyer shall pay all duties and taxes, if any.

Three-Year Warranty
Each new Tempus LX and Unison is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of three years from date of shipment, under normal use and service.  Extended warranties are available.

Two-Year Warranty
Each new rackmount Time & Frequency Reference and Distribution Chassis is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of two years from date of shipment, under normal use and service.  These products include the Meridian TimeBase, the Tycho Time & Frequency Reference and the various Distribution Chassis.  Extended warranties are available.

One-Year Warranty
All other products manufactured by EndRun Technologies are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from date of shipment, under normal use and service.  These products include the Praecis Ce/Cf/Ct products, the RTM3204 Timing Module, the Fiber Optic Link and the preamplifiers.  Extended warranties are available for some products.
