Limits
Any physically damaged or defaced item is not refundable.  We reserve the right to check the condition of the returned item before issuing a refund.  Items with missing original manufacturer packaging materials, manual, cable(s) and/or other supporting materials will not be accepted.  The return item must be shipped back to us within 60 days of your receipt.

A quantity purchase of five or more units is not covered by this guarantee.  The 100% Money-Back Guarantee covers the purchase of up to four units.  If you are interested in the purchase of larger quantities then we can loan you a demonstration unit for testing.

Exclusions
This Guarantee does not cover non-standard products or standard products with "special" options.  If your product and option is listed anywhere on this website then it is a standard product and it is covered by this Guarantee.

Shipping Costs
Your refund will be for the complete purchase price less the shipping fees we paid to originally ship to you.  You assume all costs of shipping back to us.  Please insure and ship via Fed Ex, UPS, DHL or Airborne.

Procedure for Returning Product for a Refund
When returning an item for refund, send it to us with ALL the original packaging and support materials including manual, power cord, cable(s), etc.  Write down "Return for Refund" on the cover of the package.  You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning item to us.  Please send an e-mail to support@endruntechnologies.com to alert the customer support department.

Credit and check refunding are handled by our Finance Department, which may take 1-14 business days to confirm and complete after the goods are received.  Please note that regulations allow only credit to your credit card account if you paid with a credit card.
